Our online drop in antenatal classes are perfect for those looking for a more flexible approach to birth and new parent education. Each session covers a different topic and where appropriate is accompanied by digital handouts. Classes are between an hour and an hour and a half and cost fro just £15 per sign-in. You can attend them in any order, with or without a partner, at any stage in your pregnancy. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you like and build your own course – tailor made to suit your needs.

Like all our classes these are taught via zoom by our expert teachers. We keep the groups small to allow for a more intimate dynamic and allow for questions and discussions. All you need is a laptop or tablet with the free zoom app downloaded and an internet connection and we will send you a link to join the class ahead of time.
