Have you tried Hypnotherapy during childbirth?

Have you tried Hypnotherapy during childbirth? If you practised it in the run up to the birth, did you find it worked for you? Was it fantastic at helping with pain? Maybe it helped you relax but didn’t take the pain away. Or was it no help at all? I’m looking for new mums to share their experiences of hypnotherapy for pain relief. It’s for a feature for a leading pregnancy, birth and baby magazine. I’m writing a birth-story piece for a glossy monthly parenting mag and I need to talk to a first-time mum who used hypnobirthing.
