The BirthSense Difference
What qualifications and experience does BirthSense have?
Our HypnoFertility practitioner, Callie Copeman-Bryant, is a GHSC accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in fertility, pregnancy and birth. Having treated clients using general hypnotherapy for fertility, Callie trained with Lynsi Eastburn, creator of the HypnoFertility programme, to deliver this unique programme to couples in the UK. BirthSense is used to working with NHS units, and are so well known in the pregnancy & birth community that we've had clients who have travelled over 200 miles to attend our courses. We regularly present to midwife groups and birth centres, and are well-respected at hospitals in our area.
What does a course with BirthSense include?
BirthSense differs from many hypnotherapy practices in that we offer a full course of hypnotherapy for a one-off fee. HypnoFertility is all about reducing stress, and we feel that charging per session can encourage clients to stress over rising costs, and so our fee is the same whether you need four sessions or seven. Most clients find this gives them a discount over our usual rates - our standard charges are £55 per hypnotherapy session in Cambridge and £65 per session in Loughton: our HypnoFertility course costs £275 in Cambridge and £325 in Loughton (these prices refer to courses taken at our practice locations - additional charges may apply for sessions in the client's home). This price includes up to seven hypnotherapy sessions, and self-hypnosis CDs.
The course uses tried and tested HypnoFertility methods and incorporates hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis instruction. The course is personalised to the individual, and so there is no standardised course content. Methods might include Fear Release sessions, Guided Visualisation, Regression, Future Pacing and other such techniques.
